I cannot believe its already been 7 WEEKS!! Wow did the time fly. I remember when I first decided to sign up…I kept thinking what did I just get my self into! But 48 days later and I am so so so happy I stuck through it. I made some awesome lifestyle changes, inspired others to do the same, and I made amazing progress. And guess what I dont want to stop! I just signed up for another 3 months and hope to reach my goals by March 1st. I am only 5 pounds away from getting to my pre-pregnancy weight and I couldn’t be more proud of myself!!! I am so thankful for all the trainers and all the lovely ladies I’ve met. With out all of you I would not have the motivation to keep going week after week! I’m so happy :)

Hi Ladies – you have ALL been so motivating. Sam – you have made amazing changes. I remember meeting you even before the challenge and I can’t believe how much you have changed. Lauren – great job on giving up alcohol – it does make a difference. All other ladies – you have done great and I am sure you will continue to make strides in improving your health.

So about me…. I didn’t make the changes that i expected during the challenge but I feel grateful for the opportunity and the knowledge.

To keep my progress moving I challenged a few of my friends to eat healthy and work out over the holidays. It is like a 30 day mini challenge. Basically each of us is on a team and if we don’t do well we cause our teammate to not do well. So there is a lot of motivation.

    Good luck everyone !!!

    Best

    Wendy

Whew, can’t believe the 48 days are gone! I just submitted my results and I have a mix of emotions: happy, relieved, regret, and thankfulness. I wish some of the lessons I now have put into practice came earlier in the challenge! However, maybe that was just the timing I needed to actually LISTEN to the advice and the knowledge shared. I am beyond grateful for all the challengers and coaches for all your cheerleading! As well as sharing some of your struggles. It feels good to know I wasn’t alone when sometimes I was feeling down about my path.

Looking forward to partying it up with everyone tomorrow night. WINNERS!!!!

Well this is it! We made it! Woohoo everyone!

I have enjoyed my Missfits experience so far and will continue the “challenge” even though it will be a officially over. Now, comes the hard part staying motivated without a competition. :)

I will be working out 3 times a week and my goal is to really concentrate on eating choice.

This has been an eye opening experience for me.

  5. Sara F says:

Great job on making it to week 7, ladies! It’s so exciting to see everyone’s progress along the way.

Thank you for all of your encouragement, advice, and helpful tips!

I am excited to continue working out 3-4 times per week and continuing on my weight loss goals.

This has been such a great experience for me – it has helped me become more disciplined with my food choices, logging the food I do eat, having a friend help hold me accountable, and building up my strength and endurance during workouts.

I am so thankful for this experience!

  6. Lauren says:

Oh man. What a 7 weeks it has been! I’m really excited for what I’ve accomplished during this challenge, but also for my goals in the future. I’m planning to sign up for at least 2 more months of bootcamp- 3-4x a week. I also had a meeting with Priscilla where i outlined some goals for the next month- and I commited to giving up alcohol for 30 days(!!!). I’ve also commited to PLANNING my meals out for the week- that finally got drilled into my head. I’m not logging my food- but I am focusing on eating healthy, natural foods. And I feel awesome.

My #1 goal for the next few months? Put my health/ workout regime over everything else- social stuff, sleeping in on saturday, etc. And I’m gonna do it!

Can’t wait to see everyone on Friday- and congrats to each and every one of you for your hard work and success!

  7. Amy M says:

I plan on continuing bootcamp as well as adding in more workouts on my own. I am scheduling workouts on my planner and finding new meals to cook instead of eating out so much. My new goal is to lose 25 lbs. by April. I have alot of work to do.

  8. Samantha Haynie says:

Man this experience has been the best program I have EVER been on! And I have been on alot of different plans. I cannot convey how greatful I am to the missfits ladies, especially the coaches! You have tought me not to give up and always keep moving forward. After this week I will still be attending camp and keeping to planing and improving my life with food changes, work out routine, and attitude on life in general!
Can’t wait for friday! It’s going to be so much fun!

  9. Brittany says:

I agree with Maddie! These 7 weeks have flown by! I feel like I am in a really good place. I have lost ALL of my baby weight plus a few more pounds and am just feeling really good. I think the biggest thing I have learned and put into action is the whole planning piece. That one really is key for me!

I want to be a good example for my daughter and teach her the healthy habits I was not raised with. I have drastically changed my eating habits in the last couple of years and am still continuing to make changes for the better. I feel healthier and stronger than ever through gaining more and more knowledge which is coming from the coaches and this miss fits community!

Looking forward to continuing the journey!

  10. Maddie R. says:

I can’t belive that 7 weeks has already passed! The time literally flew by… Though it didnt’ feel like that in the middle of class each week :)

I definitely didn’t reach every loft goal that I had set for myself before the transformation started, but I did make some serious headway, and the biggest success has been learning discipline. From making it to class, to logging my food, to making better food choices, and even skipping a glass of wine here and there… I have learned how discipline leads to great reward.

Thanks for all the encouragement throughout the process ladies. I genuinely look forward to burning 1million calories with you all each mon/wed/thurs.

Congratulations for some great transformations, inside and out!

    Maddie

Into the home stretch ladies. I must admit this past weekend was horrible I completely self sabotaged even after the theme of the week was self sabotage! I am back on track this week to finish up strong.

Even though I did not post about it I successfully completed your challenge Sam…Down 3 lbs in a week.

I am really sad that I am going to miss the party on Friday. I was planning on attending but then my boyfriend surprised me with a weekend trip in the mountains to celebrate the end of the challenge and the start of my new job on Monday!
